STOP TECHNOLOGIES · INVESTOR RELATIONS

A vehicle security company built around a safer response.

We’re developing Safe Stop around three connected needs: vehicle protection, coordinated recovery, and useful information for owners.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

A missing vehicle affects more than its owner.

The loss interrupts everyday life and business. The response also matters to officers, drivers, and the communities around them.

Stop Technologies brings vehicle security and public safety into the same conversation: how can useful vehicle information and authorized intervention support a coordinated recovery?

Our Public Safety Purpose

THE PRODUCT · SAFE STOP

One system. A coordinated response.

Safe Stop is a vehicle-installed security system designed to combine location information, driver warnings, and authorized vehicle intervention in coordination with law enforcement.

  1. Report & verify

A reported theft starts verification through the appropriate response channels.

  2. Locate & coordinate

Vehicle location helps inform the response and coordination with law enforcement.

  3. Warn & support recovery

The system is designed to warn the driver before authorized intervention, with authorities handling recovery.

Understand The Response

EVERYDAY OWNER INFORMATION

Value between the unexpected moments.

Owner information supports everyday decisions alongside the recovery process.

Vehicle location

Understand where the vehicle is reported to be.

Trip history

Review past journeys and how the vehicle has been used.

Mileage

Plan around distance traveled and service intervals.

Vehicle health

Recognize available condition information that needs attention.

DOCUMENTED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Authorization is part of the architecture.

U.S. Patent 12,474,714 B2 describes remote vehicle control and disabling with proximity-based authorization involving a pursuing vehicle. The independent claims also specify a remote requester at a different location.

Issued November 18, 2025, the grant names Manuel Argomaniz as inventor and Stop Technologies, Inc. as assignee.

The patent documents the claimed invention. Product implementation, compatibility, and performance require their own evidence; the grant does not certify Safe Stop or establish that owner telemetry is patented.
