U.S. Patent 12,474,714 B2 describes remote vehicle control and disabling with proximity-based authorization involving a pursuing vehicle. The independent claims also specify a remote requester at a different location.
Issued November 18, 2025, the grant names Manuel Argomaniz as inventor and Stop Technologies, Inc. as assignee.
The patent documents the claimed invention. Product implementation, compatibility, and performance require their own evidence; the grant does not certify Safe Stop or establish that owner telemetry is patented.
